I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were large, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean, providing a nice, fresh atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were outstanding, clean, and luxurious with a good odor but lacked breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The service was friendly and personable, although the small paper bracelet system could be confusing. The location was the hotel's redeeming quality, offering convenience for both family visits and airport access. The dining was a hit and miss, with some dishes being unidentifiable. Overall, a clean and pleasant experience with a few drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The convenient location right off I-41 on the edge of the Everglades was great for those who enjoy a bit of gambling. The rooms, however, had a strong smoke smell, and some had non-working toilets. The service was lacking as staff were not knowledgeable about the hotel products and services and failed to follow through on promises. The dining options were somewhat limited, but there were some good food items available. Despite these drawbacks, the location was convenient for our planned airboat tour the next morning.
