I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were large, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean, providing a nice, fresh atmosphere. The service was outstanding, with very considerate staff members attending to every need. The location, although not convenient for some, was next to the Everglades, offering a unique setting. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms, however, had a strong smoke smell, and some had non-working toilets. The service was lacking as staff were not knowledgeable about the hotel products and services and failed to follow through on promises. The dining options were somewhat limited, but there were some good food items available. Despite these drawbacks, the location was convenient for our planned airboat tour the next morning.
